Please read these terms carefully before using our services. This document outlines the rules and regulations for custom packaging orders and website usage.
Welcome to our custom packaging manufacturing services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for our paper boxes, bags, or other sustainable packaging solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Custom Manufacturing
All packaging solutions are custom manufactured at our Foshan facility based on client specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
- Proof Approval: Production will only commence after digital or physical proofs are formally approved in writing by the client.
- Modifications: Once mass production has started, structural or design changes cannot be accommodated without incurring additional costs.
- Tolerances: Minor variations in color, dimensions (within standard industry tolerances), and material texture are acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
Intellectual Property
When you provide artwork, logos, or structural designs for your premium packaging:
You warrant that you hold the legal copyright or trademark rights to all submitted materials, and you indemnify our factory against any claims of intellectual property infringement.
Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project, we reserve the right to photograph and display the completed packaging in our marketing materials, website portfolio, and social media channels to showcase our manufacturing capabilities.
Payment & Shipping
Our standard payment structure requires a 30% to 50% deposit before raw materials are procured and mass production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final shipment is released.
We facilitate global export to Europe, North America, and other regions. While we assist in arranging freight (FOB, CIF, or DDP terms), we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events during transit.
Quality Assurance & Claims
We pride ourselves on delivering sustainable, high-quality packaging. If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective items or a proportional refund. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or brand reputation issues arising from packaging use.
